Anasazi & Pinto Beans With Hominy and Chilies

1 1/2 c dried anasazi beans1 1/2 c dried pinto beans10 c water1 ts salt3 c dried indian hominy3 green anaheim chiles for -garnishSoak the beans overnight in water to cover.
