Sichuan preserved vegetable and pork noodle soup ?????

?? Zha Chai is my favourite store cupboard Chinese pickled vegetable. This is available in most Chinese grocery store, some in plastic packaging and some in tin/can in large chunks or ready shredded. Kidney and liver rice wine vermicelli noodle soup ????

Rice wine and sesame oil vermicelli noodle soup ????? is a celebration dish, very popular with Fuzhou ?? and Hokkien (Fujian) ?? people.
