Wild Rice Chowder

2 cups cooked wild rice3 potatoes, washed and cubed1/2 cup onion, chopped1 quart chicken broth1 cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese3 slices cooked bacon cooked and crumbled1/2 cup light cream or milkCook the potatoes in the broth until tender, 20 - 30 minutes.
